Because our products are personalised and made to order, items are non-refundable unless faulty or incorrect.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs so we can resolve the issue.

If a product is confirmed to be faulty, evamarievinyls will arrange a replacement or refund and cover return postage where required.

Digital products are non-refundable once delivered.
