Please ensure all spelling, dates, sizes, and colour choices are correct when placing your order. Designs are created exactly as entered at checkout, and evamarievinyls cannot be responsible for customer spelling or input errors.

3. Product Disclaimer

Unless otherwise stated, all products sold are vinyl decals only.

Product photos may show jars, glasses, frames, or other accessories for display purposes. These items are not included with your purchase and are used only to demonstrate how the vinyl decals may be applied.

4. Personalised Items & Cancellations

Most products are personalised and made to order.

Once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled.

Personalised items are non-refundable unless faulty or incorrect.

If you realise you have made a mistake when placing your order, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to help if production has not yet begun.

5. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Clear photographs of the item and packaging may be required so we can review the issue.

Where a fault is confirmed, we will offer either:

• A refund where appropriate.

If a return is required due to a confirmed fault, evamarievinyls will cover the return postage costs.

• Damage caused during application

• Incorrect application of vinyl decals

• Decals applied to unsuitable surfaces (such as textured, dusty, damp, or freshly painted surfaces)

Customers are responsible for ensuring the surface is clean, dry, and suitable for vinyl application before use.

7. Pricing & Payment

​

All prices are listed in GBP (£).

​

Payment must be made in full before production and dispatch of any order.

​

evamarievinyls reserves the right to update prices at any time.

8. Delivery

​

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 working days, although some items may be dispatched the same day.

We use Royal Mail for deliveries.

Estimated delivery times are based on Royal Mail guidance and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including postal disruptions, weather conditions, or busy periods.

9. Incorrect Delivery Addresses

Customers are responsible for ensuring the correct delivery address is entered at checkout.

evamarievinyls cannot be held responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
